Yes. Signatures are added after the email leaves the device, so they appear on email sent from Outlook, Outlook on the web and the mobile mail app.
Exclaimer reads contact details from your Microsoft 365 directory. To add signatures on every device, outgoing email is routed through Exclaimer by a mail flow connector and rule in Exchange Online. We set this up with your approval during a planned window and document every change. Mailboxes, users and the way your team works stay the same.
Yes. Rules can be based on department, group or individual, so sales, finance or a second brand can each have their own design and banners.
