Every email your team sends carries your name, your logo and often a legal disclaimer. In practice, those signatures drift apart. An old logo after a rebranding, a phone number that changed months ago, no disclaimer on email sent from a phone. Starting today, Circuit.black helps organisations solve that with Exclaimer, now part of our services.
What Exclaimer does
Exclaimer manages all email signatures from one central platform. Signatures are designed once and added automatically to outgoing email, whether it is sent from Outlook, webmail or a mobile device. Employee details come from your directory, so a new colleague or a changed job title appears correctly without anyone editing a signature by hand.
Why we added it
We work on IT infrastructure and security for our clients every day. Inconsistent email signatures kept coming up as a small problem that never quite got solved. It affects how clients see an organisation, and missing disclaimers can become a compliance issue. Adding Exclaimer lets us take it off our clients’ plate entirely.
What Circuit.black takes care of
- Intake and signature design based on your house style
- Connecting Exclaimer to your Microsoft 365 environment, with your approval and tested with a pilot group first
- Legal disclaimers, department-specific variants and campaign banners
- Ongoing changes on request, such as a new banner or an updated disclaimer
See how it works
On our Exclaimer page you will find an example of what a managed signature looks like, how we roll it out and answers to common questions.
